She brings with herself over 10 years of experience in legal practice. She is a Master of Laws from Cornell University, USA and had led the legal affairs team for British Airways in South Asia before starting her practice as an independent advocate at the Supreme Court. She has worked at the United Nations in the Office of Legal Affairs and Office of the Internal Oversight Services (OIOS), which has given her extensive experience in handling international legal documentation.
She is an alumnus of St.Stephens College and Faculty of Law, Delhi University along with being a recipient of the Sumitomo Scholarship for academic excellence. She also had a stint at Cambridge University. She facilitated a Multi-national airline’s permission to operate scheduled flights to India resulting in multi-million operation for them. While she has wide exposure to national and international legal practices, illustratively, her areas of expertise include dispute resolution, project management, cross-border investments and contracts, international arbitrations, merger and acquisition and intellectual property law. She has also cleared the New York Bar.
